Remote support for day-to-day IT issues: computers, printers, network connectivity, email access, and configuring existing software. It does not cover large-scale projects like server migrations or new system installations โ€” those are quoted separately.
No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice. Billing is monthly and prepaid.
Yes. Remote HelpDesk and monitoring are available to clients anywhere. On-site support is limited to Miami-Dade and Broward counties on the Enterprise plan.
A device is any computer, laptop, or server under active management. Mobile phones and tablets are typically not counted unless specifically included. Need to cover more devices? Ask us for a custom quote.
Projects outside the scope of your plan (migrations, new installations, custom development) are quoted separately as fixed-price engagements. We'll always be transparent about what's included before any work begins.
